By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and/or informational text messages from Greater Nashville Hearing, LLC (dba Ears4U Hearing Services). The terms below govern our text message service.
Program Description
When you opt in to our text message service, we may send you a confirmation message. After that, you may receive messages related to appointments, hearing care reminders, follow-ups, and other transactional or informational communications.

How to Get Help
Text "HELP" for assistance. After sending "HELP," you will receive a reply with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received our messages. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to rejoin later, simply opt in again as you did originally.

Participating carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central, IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
