"I had a great experience with ears for you. Megan and the team were patient in helping me find the right solution for my particular hearing issue. I tried multiple devices and ended up with something that works great for my use case at the right cost for me. Would recommend to anyone needing hearing aids." Alessandra Corona
Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is the first hearing aid built on Signia's new Multi-adaptive Xperience platform, which the name MaX comes from. Most hearing aids use artificial intelligence mainly for a single job, such as reducing background noise. MaX takes a wider approach, using four separate AI systems that work at the same time to analyze speech, background noise, the surrounding environment, and your own voice. The goal is not just to make noisy places quieter. It is to keep you connected to the people you want to hear while preserving your awareness of everything else around you, which matters most during lively, moving group conversations where many hearing aids struggle.
How Signia MaX Understands Sound
Signia calls this approach Acoustic Intelligence. It uses four Deep Neural Networks, which are AI systems trained by example, each handling a different listening task and continuously sharing information with the others. This gives your hearing aids a fuller picture of what is happening before they decide how to process sound.
One network helps identify speech and the people you are talking with, another recognizes when you are the one speaking so your own voice sounds natural, a third continuously reads the changing characteristics of your environment, and a fourth studies the type and direction of noise to decide how much to soften it. Because these systems coordinate between both hearing aids, MaX can keep up as a conversation shifts around the table.
Designed for Difficult Group Conversations
Following a conversation when several people are talking and noise is coming from multiple directions is one of the hardest situations for anyone with hearing loss. MaX is built specifically for this, analyzing these changing environments in real time and coordinating between both ears as the conversation moves.
In Signia-sponsored research, 97% of participants performed better with Signia MaX in noisy group conversations compared with key competitors, and Signia reports that MaX ranked first for signal-to-noise performance in group conversation in noise. These are manufacturer-cited results, so we view them as promising evidence that should still be weighed alongside independent testing and your own real-world experience.

Why the Fitting Process Still Matters
The most advanced hearing aid is not automatically the right one for every person. Your hearing test results, speech-in-noise ability, ear anatomy, listening needs, and response to amplification all matter when choosing a device. Technology this capable can only perform as well as its fitting allows.
At Ears4U Hearing Services, we evaluate your hearing, speech understanding, and real-world listening goals before deciding whether MaX is appropriate for you. If it is the right fit, we program and verify your hearing aids with Real Ear Measurement to confirm they deliver the correct amount of sound for your hearing loss, then use follow-up care to make sure the technology is genuinely helping in the situations that matter most.
