Meet Our Team
Rebecca Grome, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Rebecca Grome is the primary audiologist and owner of Ears 4 U Hearing Services. Prior to purchasing the practice in July 2018, Dr. Grome worked for a hearing aid manufacturer as an account executive. During that time, she trained audiologists on best practices for hearing aid fitting, as well as helped facilitate better patient satisfaction throughout the in-office patient journey.
Dr. Grome has worked on international projects focusing on the future of the hearing aid industry, and firmly believes that every patient deserves a customized and personal approach to their hearing health.
Dr. Grome is a Tennessee licensed audiologist, current member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and the local audiologist for Dr. Cliff’s Preferred Provider Network. She is a native of Ohio and received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Cincinnati. Rebecca is a proud wife to Nick, and mom to Perry and Naoma. Her hobbies include cleaning and fetching snacks, but she enjoys gardening, bird watching, wine, silence, and yoga.
Megan Blunt, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Megan Blunt is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has lived in the Nashville area since 2020. She obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from Vanderbilt University and is licensed in Tennessee. She completed her clinical externship at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, where she provided comprehensive hearing healthcare to Veterans.
Dr. Blunt’s expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including diagnostic evaluations, amplification, and cochlear implants. Her approach to audiology is characterized by a steadfast commitment to evidence-based practices, ensuring that her patients receive the highest standard of care. Moreover, she finds joy in fostering meaningful and collaborative relationships with her patients during their journey to better hearing and beyond.
In her spare time, Dr. Blunt enjoys video games, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
Brynn Sanchez
Audiology Tech
Brynn Sanchez is the office’s Audiology Technician. Brynn specializes in hearing device maintenance, simple in-office repairs, and assisting you in getting the best performance and longevity from your hearing devices. Brynn has been with Ears 4 U since 2020. She brought with her a background in Nursing and Professional Audio Services.
Brynn and her husband, Joey, are Nashville’s top dealers for Ultimate Ears Pro in-ear monitors, offering 3D scan impressions for musicians and audiophiles in the greater Nashville area. Originally from Seattle Washington, Brynn moved to Nashville in 2007. She currently lives in Brentwood with her husband, 3 beautiful daughters, and her yorkie-pom Daisy.
